__We send orders on the day of their registration, if available goods in stock.

• delivery time is 1-2 days from the date of sending the order;
• the cost of the transfer of cash on delivery is NOT included in the order and is 20 hryvnia regardless of the total order amount, as well as 2% of the order amount (New Mail collection);
• We place an order:            

Mon-Fri - until 16:30, Sat - until 14:00, Sun - closed.

   By our courier
   - delivery is available in 5 cities: Kyiv, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil;
   - if the order is placed before 11:00, 14:00 or 16:00, the courier will deliver it on the same day within       2  hours;
   - FREE delivery on orders over $50.

• delivery time according to the schedule set by the carrier "New mail"
• you are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the registration of the “To the door” delivery (address, full name of the recipient, mobile phone number).
• if, upon inspection, you find that the parcel is damaged or does not correspond to what you ordered, then fill out the Certificate of Refusal (you can take the form of the Act from the courier).
