Payment details are sent after the order is confirmed by a manager — to your e-mail or phone number.

Card payment

Transfer to a PrivatBank or monobank card using the details provided by your manager.

Cash on delivery

Pay on receipt at a Nova Poshta branch.

  • Carrier's fee: 20 UAH + 2% of the amount
  • Inspect the parcel before paying

Bank transfer

Payment by invoice (IBAN) for sole traders and legal entities.

  • Invoice issued the same day

Cash to courier

Pay in cash on receipt from our courier in 5 delivery cities.

Delivery options

Orders are dispatched the same day they are placed — provided the goods are in stock.

Nova Poshta

Recommended
  • Delivery time — 1–2 days from the dispatch date
  • Cash on delivery: 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount (carrier's fee, not included in the order total)
  • Same-day dispatch when the goods are in stock
Mon–Fri — orders until 16:30 Sat — until 14:00 Sun — closed

Ukrposhta

  • Dispatch on the day the order is placed
  • Branch-to-branch format
  • Best value for inexpensive or bulky orders

Door-to-door courier delivery

  • Our own courier in 5 cities: Kyiv, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil
  • Orders placed by 11:00 / 14:00 / 16:00 are delivered the same day within 2 hours
  • Free for orders from $50
  • Also available via Nova Poshta courier, per the carrier's schedule
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details (address, full name, phone). If the parcel is damaged or does not match your order, fill in the Refusal Act (the courier has the form).

Delivery by shuttle bus

  • Only in regions near our central warehouses: Kyiv, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Kolomyia
Please note: once the parcel is handed to the driver, we take no responsibility for it in transit. If that risk is unacceptable, we recommend Nova Poshta.

After you place an order, a manager will call you to confirm the details. Payment details, the tracking number and the order confirmation are sent to the e-mail or phone number you provided.
