Flux KardiLab NC5070 10cc (in syringes)
A premium grade flux used to remove oxidation from easily joined metals. Ideal for soldering both leaded and lead-free boards, especially for BGA soldering.
The original is made in Germany, the KardiLab distributor is Slovenia.

Призначення: пайка SMD, ремонт, робота з безсвинцевими припоями, точкове нанесення. Не потребує відмивання після пайки (при нормальних температурах). Поведінка під час пайки: Добре розтікається, активно працює при нагріванні. Видаляє легкі оксиди міді й олова. Залишає прозорі, майже не липкі залишки. |
